NINETEEN

Spring break is something every college student gets excited about. Being a university student, I was also counting down the days until spring break. However, this Spring break was a whole lot more anticipated than any other spring break for me. Why, you ask?

Back when C proposed we realized we needed to just make it through a few more breaks. Fall break (check), Winter break (check) and now Spring break (semi-check). We are so incredibly close to getting married and I am just tickled by the fact that it's only NINETEEN

 days away. We're in the teens! I remember it all too vividly when we were 200+ days away and it felt like forever.

This Spring break I am at home in the UK finishing up some last minute things before the wedding, for example my final dress fitting. I had it today and I am so in love with my

 dress... It's unreal. I am terrified of hurting it (the store owner told me repeatedly that the dress would not break) but I am so excited to walk around in it. It is made by this fab Welsh designer named Benjamin Roberts, and it is part of his vintage line. It's to die for.

Slight problem: my cute friend Janzell asked me what I was doing about jewelry for the wedding. Huh. I always knew I'd wear pearls, but I want multiple strands of pearls -- think Jackie O., my fashion inspiration. I now need to find some new pearls... Good thing my mom can pretty much accomplish anything, so I'm sure we'll figure it out. 

Hooray for marrying my favorite person, best friend and love of my life in a few days. It's all so surreal... and wonderful.
