I did that this past week.
Last week, my book case held a mixture of textbooks, notebooks, and scrapbooks. After packing every single suitcase that CBF and I own with scrapbooks, the book case now holds only textbooks, notebooks, and binders. It looks nice, if I do say so myself.
Instead of letting the packed luggage hang out in the condo, I decided to move it all down to my parent's SUV for storage (it will be moved to St. George in Feb. anyway). I was impatient and wanted to do it on my own (I'm super tough, in case you didn't know!). Here's where the whole week turned for me...
In order to load the luggage into the trunk, I had to put the bike rack down. This bike rack is super intense, holds at least five bikes, and was slightly heavier than I anticipated.... I got it down just fine (so that it was parallel to the floor). Woot! Buuuut... Getting it back up, it slipped down below a 90 degree angle and I lunged to make sure it didn't hit the ground and break. I caught it and everything was okay, but the second after I did it, I knew I had made a bad decision. I'm not joking when say that I mumbled, "Atta girl, Liz" to myself.
Shortly thereafter, my back started to hurt, and by Thursday I knew for sure I had done something. Friday was spent taking it easy, and today has been pretty mellow also. CBF has basically done everything for me today, including putting on my Uggs.
It's that bad, friends.
So much for living it up the week before I go back to school. Ugh.
Like: The new dishes we bought at Pottery Barn today.
Dislike: Back pain.... And aging. I hate getting older.

I fell down the stairs the other day, hurting my back, and thought about you. I even told myself, "Atta girl, Stacia!" :) Hope you're feeling better!
