Big Changes

Two weeks ago we met our sweet puppy. Oh how we love his little face!! We also paid a hefty deposit for him. We're officially a family of three!

My parents and brothers are going to be buying the little yellow lab in the litter. He's so white! He's called a blondie because he's so white. So sweet. My family is planning on naming him Polar.

We get to see both puppies again in two weeks when the breeder brings them to the house to see how well Kola gets on with Polar. If Kola hates his guts (and he might...) then C and I will be purchasing Polar as well.

How can we afford two puppies you ask? Well... I got a job in Illinois!! A medical speech path job position, which is what I was really wanting. I am feeling happy / relieved / blessed / lucky / excited / nervous / elated / scared. C is out of his mind excited.

As my dad said the other day, "It's been kind of fun watching all of [your] dreams come true." I absolutely agree!
